HOW TO RETURN:

  • Please return any unsatisfactory item(s) to us within 30 days of your receipt based on the shipment tracking delivery date.
  • Please return the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your emailed order confirmation receipt.
  • We recommend shipping your package through a trackable shipping method that offers Delivery Confirmation.
  • Note that shipping charges are your responsibility and will not be refunded when the return is processed.
  • We will confirm our receipt of the return via email once we have processed the return.
  • Within 15 days of our receipt of your returned item that is accompanied by a copy of the packing invoice, we will process a credit to the credit card or debit card that was used to purchase the item(s).
  • In the case of returned gifts, the original purchaser of the item(s) will need to complete the steps above to process the return.

Please note that any merchandise that is clearly identified at the time of sale as non-returnable, discontinued, or as a seasonal item, may not be returned for a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot give any refunds on orders not received to us within 30 days from the delivery confirmation date.

There is a limit of one (1) refund per person and only (1) refund is allowed per household.
