All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped with your tracking information.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGE POLICY

If you receive your item and it is defective or damaged due to package handling, you are eligible for an exchange ONLY within 24 hours after receiving the defective item.  If you receive your item and it is damaged or defective, please email or****@**********er.com immediately and a representative will respond within 3 business days.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We will provide you with all of the shipping details through your designated shipping carrier.  If an item was lost or stolen, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier and you shall receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through your designated shipping carrier.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all U.S. orders.

Expedited shipping is available. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free expedited shipping for orders over $100.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to the US and Canada. 

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Best By Mother is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If you wish to place an international order outside of the US and Canada, please email us at or****@**********er.com for an invoice.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at or****@**********er.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
